The one big surprise to me has been the way both the hospitals and .gov has handled shortages.
Instead of admitting they had shortages of needed supplies, they tried to blame the victim (health care workers, the public) and accuse them of hoarding or over-reacting.
Integrity and transparency are not luxuries—they are necessities.
The number of healthcare workers in Massachusetts who have tested positive for COVID-19 continues to increase.
