Randomized, controlled studies do not define reality. Failure to contemplate these matters on this level is the problem with bureaucratic medicine.
And I haven’t proposed a randomized prospective study. All i want to know is the answer to my question. Which is a VERY legitimate ad hoc study that would be instantly published in every newspaper headline if true. Where is it?
