Come to find out the quote from the article was incomplete. It did not quote the entire executive order. And it appears to still be possible for someone who actually has the virus in NY to be treated with this drug per FDA guidelines.
I thought that maybe the same miss-characterization may be occurring here with Nevada, but their website has not been updated with any recent executive orders. So I can’t check.
