But Freepers seem to be concerned with “mass suicides” due to job loss. I assume the reason is that people would be despondent over loss of their income.
If the .gov is PAYING that income for 4 months (NOT THAT I AGREE THEY SHOULD), the premise that we’ll have all this total collapse due to people’s ability to cope financially is not supportable.

And you lack all discernment if you think many months of hundreds of millions of people CONSUMING wealth while not PRODUCING wealth will not be destructive. Like a person’s body, if elements of the economy are not used, they get weaker .... OR ACTUALLY DIE.
