Why did the NY city regime encourage masses of people to get out and mingle and go to Chinatown and celebrate the Chinese holiday? Why has Cuomo not stocked up on things 911 proved were necessities in times of crisis?) but piles of emotional reaction. Shut up and sit down little scaredy girl.
