Almost two hours’ worth, so I should be good for tonight. I have no idea why I was up so early, but I hope it’s all balanced out, now, and that I can sleep tonight, since tomorrow is laundry day.

I’m glad you enjoyed some additional sleeps. It’s cooler here this morning, pleasant for a walk. Now, I need to make a list of the latest version of what we’re singing this afternoon.

If I can, I will start to walk tomorrow, only three days a week, but even that is better than no days. Now that I’m drinking the tea twice a day, with honey, I will be adding additional calories and I’m so sedentary that I really need to walk, even if its not very far.

Thanks! I was afraid I wouldn’t sleep, but I did. Then I woke up because my feet were cold, which I NEVER feel, due to neuropathy, and finally, the call of nature told me it was time, and that I had allowed gravity to work long enough. ;o]

I think I may have solved the problem of not being able to upload photos to the USPS site. As soon as the nerds are done playing with the maintenance on the site, I'll try it. Otherwise, it will be written descriptions until I'm blue in the face.

Golly. The morning has gone by and I’ve been preoccupied and now it’s time for me to think about bed. I’ve been trying to delay it for 15-20 minutes a day in the hopes that I’ll sleep better at night, but it seems a losing battle.

Thanks! My sleep patterns are, for the most part, fixed because of the nature of CFIDS and the years it has taken me to find the right supplements and the corresponding schedule adjustments.

Staying on my schedule is the only way I can function in a somewhat normal capacity, and its the only way I can get any housework done. When things come along to upset the schedule, then all kinds of things go wrong.

All I can do at this point is experiment.
