Italy actual daily fatals down for 2 days now. It's happened before (see series below), but by only deminimus amounts. Yesterday was a 25% drop from the high (601 v 793). Most likely an anomaly, but everyone is starting to pay attention.

It it drops again for another 2-3 days, people are going to be itching to cheat the coming market ramp-up. Italy is approx 8 days ahead of the US.

Maybe the lockdowns are starting to work? Or the Chinese "volunteer doctors" that arrived a week ago are now using Wuhan math to calculate death and infection rates...
