I used to be pretty skeptical about home remedies and essential oils until I developed arthritis and tendonitis issues. After trying prescription strength alleive that didn’t work long-term, I finally tried 500mgs of turmeric a day. To my surprise it really worked.

My mother no longer needs her blood pressure medicine since taking turmeric. It really helps.
