I have some turmeric in the cupboard. How much should a person consume?

Just put half or quarter teaspoon in rice to make yellow rice, It does not take much at all. Curcumin, the active ingredient in turmeric(among with many others) is responsible for the yellow color in prepared mustard. Don’t forget a pinch of black pepper, it greatly enhances bodily absorption.

I’d buy it in capsule form from Costco...there’s a liquid form too but I didn’t care for the taste...pills easier to remember...

I think about 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. Start small and work up. Also supposed to be a good fat burner. I originally heard about it from Joe Rogan and those athletes he has on his podcast.

Please don’t take nutritional advice from anonymous internet doctors.
