Well in his case, he does have a damaged lung from the 2017 assault - he had to have a surgery done 2 years after the fact due to the extent of the damage to remove part of a lung.

I assume your concern is for the inflicted. So what is the big effin' deal. If they test positive, there is no medical cure. So who gives a damn about testing. If you feel sick, hibernate so you don't infect others. But to bitch and moan about testing seems ridiculous to me if there is no medication for those infected.
