I don't think it was planned but rather just another flu like 2009 and 2017. But with that being said, I believe everything else the writer is saying. The MSM is purposely creating hysteria and panic which has led to these draconian measures of states of emergency and business closures and their subsequent market crash.
They're taking advantage of it big time......

The problem with killing the economy to get Biden elected is the recession and panic will persist after the election. No economic boom = less tax revenue. Less tax revenue = less fuel for Big Government.
