not as dangerous as trying to convince the uninformed that the western world had a role in the virus.
Make temporary adjustments to our Retail Branch Network, operating primarily in a drive‑up only mode, augmented with select branches that do not provide drive-up capability, to ensure branch access across our communities. Together, about three quarters of our current branch locations will remain open to service customers. Given the reduced branch traffic we are seeing, we are confident we can continue to effectively serve you in the branches that will remain open, should you need to visit. The remainder of our branches will be closed until further notice. To locate a PNC branch, customers may visit the PNC branch locator.
Reduce Branch Hours: Branches will be open 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday, closed on Sunday.
Offer Essential Appointments, available on designated days of the week for safe deposit box access, loan closings or other banking services that cannot be delivered through the drive‑up, by telephone, through our ATM network or via mobile or online banking. If an appointment is essential, please visit the PNC branch locator to find the most convenient open branch.
Putting the health of our customers and employees first, we strongly recommend that you leverage all of the available PNC tools and resources for self‑service banking and 24/7 account access through our mobile, online and voice banking services. Through these channels, you can check balances, transfer funds, deposit checks or find the nearest ATM. If you are not enrolled in Online or Mobile Banking and you need assistance with the process, please visit PNC.com or contact PNC's Customer Care Center.
PNC also continues to work with those experiencing financial difficulty as a result of coronavirus impacts. Should you, as a PNC customer, encounter hardship as a result of coronavirus, please call us at
Local credit union had that today. Pulled up and a young LEO with blue gloves on came out. As I put my window down, my white American Bulldog’s(named BIG) head appeared over my left shoulder and emitted the “STAY AWAY FROM MY MASTER” bark. LEO got deer-in-the-headlights look for a split second as my left arm went up with a clenched fist directly in front of BIG’s mouth and I said “No, sit down, he is OK. It’s OK”. BIG immediately backed off and sat down in the seat behind me. Love my dog.
Fortunately, LEO didn’t reach for his Glock or do anything silly. I was told to use the drive thru. Thankful to live near a small town in Texas.
Only patients that are hospitalized and may have COVID-19 are to be tested for the virus in New York City, says the New York City Department of Health in a new memo.
They cite, in part, “a national shortage of personal protective equipment (PPE), collection swabs.”

This testing thing is _hard_, and nobody was ready to deal with all the implications of making it work on the ground.
CDC gets an F- on planning for testing.
Mayor Bill de Blasio has blamed @POTUS for the citys severe shortage of COVID-19 supplies - even though City Hall didnt put in its first order for emergency protective gear until March 6,

Plenty of blame everywhere.

Thanks for the updates.
Would be interesting to know how much NYC has spent on illegal-alien health care in recent years, instead of stocking up on essentials.

20% death rate - u crazy!
A few weeks ago, I commented that this virus was going to make a monkey out of every political leader, international, national, state and local.
It just takes no prisoners, and allows no room for error.

Late to the party today, thank you for hosting.
Stores are not a safe place for anyone of any age. Defeats the whole purpose of shutting down other businesses. Customers should shop for ESSENTIALS only. Otherwise, stay home and this virus will fizzle and we can all get back to life as usual.
Ha ha! Really, it is strange the way customers want to lean in, nose to nose to ask for assistance. I back up, they move closer. My post office had a graphic posted to demonstrate distance that should be maintained. I would love to post it all around grocery stores.
haven’t heard of 4 cans of food limit anywhere in Calif. Kids are getting pre-packed school lunches - some districts giving multiple days. Nobody is starving 5 days into a quarantine except maybe the SS seniors with once-a-month checks, being elbowed out of the way. But we fixed that by giving seniors their own hours.
California people are raised from birth to have 2 weeks of food and water in case of earthquake. I don’t have much sympathy for the imports that don’t. And even less for families that don’t have 3 months cash reserves for unemployment or family emergencies, but have shiny new cars in their driveways. Their lack of priorities is not my emergency. (yes, I’m cranky this morning)
