The people of NYC are royally screwed. Most apartments there are tiny compared to the suburbs. Much tougher than home owners with room to walk without getting close to people.
Our neighborhood in PA is brimming with life. People walking, jogging, bicycling. Kids in tow. It's been great that the weather has permitted this. 70 and sunny today.
