The minimum is 10x the number of cases because 40-50% of the infected show no symptoms and 80% of rest have mild symptoms. It’s probably 25x to 50x at this point. It won’t drop to 0x unless everyone is quarried or we’re able to test everyone. We aren’t even doing temperature guns. I’d estimate 1 out of 100 to 1 out of 1000 are infected in our city.
