It all emanates from the Marxist idea that also aligns with its little brother: “never let a crisis go to waste”.
Essentially you invoke such a trauma to the population that they willingly give up all of their rights and all of their civil liberties to the All Good and Knowing Government - FOR THE GREATER GOOD.
Marxism is BASED on this Ideal.
Once the scare enough people by melting down America then they come in with their Government Plan for Everyone (AKA The Revolution to them)and they insert a Marxist form of life.
