They should all be prosecuted, then. But the fact that some criminals don’t get prosecuted isn’t an argument for letting the rest go free. We could empty the jails on that logic.

And the point here by the way that as sucky as this is, what Burr is accused of doing isn’t illegal. It should be, but it isn’t.

Our guys will resign because what they did is sucky, Afterwards, the Dems guilty of this will apologize and show deep remorse but then point out that it isn’t technically illegal.
