Because there medical treatment is only shiny in the buildings not the cate. Secondly they too live like third world ERs

Even though they are hot, they are dry.

Maybe 60% humidity ain’t considered “High” - Down here in Biloxi, MS, we get some steam bath humidity as it warms up.
It’s 77% as I type this and that’s a dry feel around here.
