Actually people not staying home, sick and otherwise, are creating issues in states. Plus you have people leaving the epi-center states to go to friends or family to stay. Thus spreading it along the way.
Of the few people I saw on the street here today and near a corner grocery store.....none wore masks or gloves.
OK.
But it didn’t have to get to the point that state action wouldn’t be sufficient.
