My presumption is that SoCal will be shut down in a few days at most...
The prohibition of large gatherings in SoCal already slowed the spread down significantly below maximum.
Orange County, CA has already issued a shelter in place requirement.
Many members of my extended family live there.
SoCal is locked down, we’re just not supposed to say, ‘shelter in place’ or ‘lock down’ because it might trigger some fragile snowflakes and make them cry and feel oppressed and stuff.
