I’m guessing that means humans have some resistance to malaria, where it’s found, and possibly they would also have resistance to coronavirus?
Either that or it’s just too darned hot for the virus.

The source article that embedded the map claimed that those are the areas with the highest instances of malaria and are therefore highest treated with chloroquine.
