I used to listen to Boss Radio KHJ. You might have bought that record at Tower Records. I lived off the Sunset Strip, within walking distance of the store, in 1975-1976.

My KHJ/George Harrison experience would have been in 68-69 - before Tower.

I recall the record shop on Sunset looked more like a drug store and the LPs were in wall hangers.

My wife & I were very poor and spent a lot of time at beaches (Santa Monica, Malibu, Huntington) and walking Sunset/Hollywood Blvds and watched “the shows” - people and shops were quite a change in culture vs Ohio.

Regular at the Sunset Tower here, used to get tossed out on occasion when Elton was in town and wanted to go shopping. They later built one on Piccadilly Circus in London. It has survived, I believe.
