Why don’t they just close the beaches and stop flights into FL for everyone under 25 years of age?
Young people. It is what they do. An 18 year old is at their peak dumbest but they think they know everything about everything. 40 years from now, a lot of these kids will look back at this and think, “what the heck was I thinking?”
Wisdom takes time. Teens are dumb. They think they are immortal. It is a good thing, and a bad thing. I just hope they don’t kill Grandpa.

“On The Beach”...A great Novel and Movie with Gregory peck and Ava Gardner. Young people have never read it or viewed the movie. I can’t forget the final scenes from Sydney Australia where the wind was blowing paper and trash around the empty street after people lined up to get suicide pills. I think TV ought to break this film out of the mothballs and let America see what the future could look like.
Actually, because of the direct sunlight, beaches are probably one of the safest areas to be with a virus floating around.
The uv light from the sun down here at the beach very likely will kill the bug as effectively as bleach. It’s what they do in doors in the dark that could be problematic.
