online only. Confirmed my address and that I am the only resident and am male. Ignored all other questions. Have
to click on submit, 2 or 3 times to advance to the next question for blank/no responses, but eventually do get
to the end without having to answer unconstitutional
questions and are then able to submit and get a confirmation back. Forgot: did indicate American for race
as I’d seen someone advise on a post here. Will await
