If you look at that long boring US plan
it looks like the military may be used to provide perimeter security for newly created health care facilities—at least as a first step.
They may also help secure and transport critical equipment and supplies to those facilities.
I think NG is going to be called to contain the huge homeless populations too. Don’t you?
