UPDATE (11:20 a.m. PT) - As of Wednesday morning, Oregon has a total of 67 known cases of the novel coronavirus. Oregons first two suspected deaths from the COVID-19 virus both occurred Saturday.

Third Clark County Patient Dies
A third Clark County, Washington, patient died from COVID-19 late Tuesday night.
Clark County health officials report the man was in his 70s and was the first confirmed patient in the county to contract the disease. He had been hospitalized at Oregon Health & Science University.

Two more people in New Jersey died as a result of the coronavirus outbreak, bringing the states total to five deaths as the statewide cases surged to 427, Gov. Phil Murphy said Wednesday.
Both people were identified as high risk individuals over 60 years old, state Department of Health Commissioner Judith Persichilli said at a news conference in Trenton. Officials did not provide any additional information about the individuals.

New Jersey has two new deaths related to complications from coronavirus, Gov. Phil Murphy said Wednesday, as New Jersey saw a large spike in coronavirus cases, rising by 162 for a total of 427 statewide.
