We will see in a few weeks. I figure 2-3 weeks in the hospital for many of the 65 and under cases (which appear to be the majority of cases in most states).
I don’t think so
May be an asymptomatic carrier. Doubt they’ll ever say who brought it in.
Our Whole Foods delivery is booking almost a week out :(
Same with curbside, for our local, large chain grocer.
Crazy times.
Yes, that was alway curious. And what is worse, nothing much was done about about the mans journeys to Grand Central Station until it was too late.

THIS JUST IN: John D’Amico, Mayor of West Hollywood has tested positive for COVID-19. Mayor D’Amico is currently self-quarantining at home.
Whew, I’m typing worse gobbly goop than normal. Haven’t had a decent night’s sleep so need to step away from the puter.
Whole Foods is Amazon now, correct?
I thought that, too.
Tucker didn’t know enough, about that, to even question why she took IBUPROFEN!!

He became kind of famous in prepping circles at one time as a doctor that promoted prepping and wrote about how to care for a sick person if hospitals werent available. Of course, we were talking about bird flu at the time.
It was weird, almost scripted.
Yes.
It used to be called Prime Now...may still be.
It let me fill up my cart, with a LOT of items...only to find out that delivery wouldn’t be for nearly a WEEK.
I closed it out.
I don’t really need anything from the store, but thought...if it’s letting me order, then...why not get some fruit/veggies.
Bet a lot of folks did the same starting at that exact time and through the next 8 years.
Bad:
I neither agree nor disagree with the Imperial College model.
The reason I am discussing it here is that I believe world leaders are following it.
The future will tell us if they are indeed following it, and whether it is a good or poor strategy.
Models like this are very complex, and even the best plans can turn into disaster in the real world.
Reminded me of the book I have (somewhere!?) called “Back to Eden” by Jethro Kloss. Sort of a backwoods nature medicine book. It’s been around a long time.

Wuhan, China’s coronavirus epicenter, reports no new confirmed cases for the first time since the outbreak.
I really, really hope that’s true.
I have my doubts, though.
And that doesn’t mean there won’t be a second wave.
Do we ever see any more VPN videos from that area? I shudder to think what its like there
On non-food orders from Amazon, I believe that before you confirm the order, you’ll get a list showing delivery times for the items, or groups of items in the order. If you have one or two items delaying the order too much, you can go back and delete them, then place the rest of the order, as long as you are over the free shipping minimum (if such applies or is desired.)
IIRC.
Food orders might be different, but if so, I don’t know why...
