YES! Thank you. If the only people we are testing are those sick enough to REPORT for testing (and the occasional NBA player) the percentage is going to be severely skewed. That doesn’t mean there isn’t a crisis. Only that these percentages are extremely suspect if not utterly incorrect.
They’re telling people with mild or no symptoms specifically NOT to test. How are they included in the 19%?

The testing is mainly for implementing restrictions in hot spots to stop the virus from disabling or killing a large portion of the population. That would hurt the economy.
