‘Cuz it isn’t a “yearly flu”.

Sometimes real stuff happens and it isn’t just some overhyped faux disaster to distract you from watching Golden Girls or the Puppy Channel.

And far more than any other group on here, the hysterics are coming from the normalcy-biased and the conspiracy nuts. Most people are trying to follow what’s happening and make reasonable decisions about what they should do so that they don’t end up getting offed by some solipsistic spreader who’s toasted because his ski trip got cancelled.

Reasonable people took reasonable precautions after seeing what was happening around the world in spite of the scoffers and now the butflubros are out knifing each other for TP (which we make here in the USA, by the way) because they felt mocking others was a better way to spend their time.

Two months people have been getting news and warnings and yet they’re stuck in denial and anger because a worldwide, possibly world-changing event is taking place and they called it wrong.

No, of course it isn't, because it has been turned into a damned ATTACK on our freedoms, our system, our economy and western civilization, in general, as I said.

Agreed. Unlike the last time we sent 50% of our employees home, closed every bar and restaurant in the state, postponed a presidential primary election, witnessed empty shelves and closed 24 hour Wal Marts at 11. Cancelled non essential Amazon deliveries, witnessed governors order mandatory shelter in place orders, cancelled all college and pro sports, closed every school in the state, watched the Dow have its biggest one day losses in gains in history, saw the Vegas strip close. Last time that happened......oh wait.
