If China had the same rate of infection as Italy, they would have had a massive 650,000 infections by now, instead of just 80,000. Italy is doing something wrong. No other country comes even close to Italy in rate of infections or death.

Most countries took extreme measures to stop it's spread once it took hold. Italy did not...they waited too long. That's the difference.
