You are seeing chains out of food??? Where is that?
Here in Silicon Valley, all the stores have plenty of food with only spot shortages of pasta, cereal, tomato sauce and rice. Other than that, all the food shelves are fully stocked. I was just at our local fruit stand, Safeway, and Walmart. Even the food and snacks at CVS are fully stocked.
The paper goods, hand sanitizer, wipes, disinfecting soap, liquid soaps, and disinfecting sprays are all gone. But Clorox bleach is still available.
Denver has a ton of food shortages right now.
I’m happy things are going well.
In the big city...grocery store stocks are getting low.
Too early in most areas of the country for fruit and veg stands. The one here two years ago was selling okra for 50 cents per okra. I haven’t been back.
No bleach over two counties here.
