then why aren’t we all dead?
Its suspected that the young and even very young are carriers and dont show dramatic signs and symptoms if any.
“then why arent we all dead?”
80-85% will have symptoms.
5% will have severe symptoms and many will need hospitalization.
1% will fall into mortality risk based on current statistics.
The ChiCom virus is far more contagious and deadly than the flu.
I was told last month all heck was going to break loose in a week. Yet here we are today still counting daily American deaths on our fingers.
So far the only devastation is economic. Just this morning Starbucks went drive through only and United cutting half its capacity. Never let a crisis go to waste...
This is the stupidest article so far (but the day is young). First, this “doctor” multiples confirmed cases by 25-50, then, for good measure, takes that number and multiplies it by 10.
A wild guess is not the same thing as an estimate. However, a big number does make a good headline.
I can only assume that he/she is just another over educated dummy with a whole lot of useless knowledge.
If it turns out that a lot more people have it than they think do, then it means the mortality rate is a lot lower than we think it is.
You really are not paying attention, are you?
LOL! Ah, the other half of that equation.
Why arent we all dead?
Makes sense and it makes the death rate way lower than suspected.... Much less then 1%. So if youre not old and decrepit like most of us are, then youll be fine.
See my tagline.
Give it two weeks. The thing that impresses me most is the guy who first recognized that he was clinically seeing something new, something devastating, after seeing FOUR patients. If this is that different, that new, it aint nothing.
Actually, I think this is right. This was HERE in Decmeber, maybe mid-December, and few knew it. I know a dozen people who got “the flu” and recovered.
The reality is, this is an extremely NON-lethal flu, the likelihood is that many Americans had it, recovered and are immune.
Why the greater probability? At least 80% of cases arent reported. And theres a 2 to 10 day period where the contagious dont have symptoms.
