Since CA. is nothing but service industries any more this should just COMPLETELY do CA. in!!!

The police CANNOT or WILL NOT enforce:

homelessness

shooting up drugs on the streets

defecating on the streets

thefts of $950 & under

food carts & food trucks

most other crimes

but now, all of a sudden they can enforce an open bar or brew pub?
