I now think the virus is going to be rapidly snuffed out, but at the cost of further degradation of our rights.

The Google system will carefully track the progress of the infection down to the neighborhood level and below. Micro-level “Hot spots” will be aggressively quarantined (i.e., closed to in-out traffic).

China and S.K. also aggressively isolated associates and contacts to stop the spread. I think we can assume the Google system will be used in the same way, along with other social media and all other surveillance systems.

We have already been told not to go to sports, to the the beach, to church, to school, or in many cases to work. This is in direct violation of the freedom of assembly guaranteed in the 1st and 14th Amendments. (See tagline.)

Worth bearing in mind that we started with 26 people all in one nursing home in Washington. Every few days we add another 2-3 mostly elderly people in their 70s and 80s from other parts of America.

This is a month later and it’s only 68. Not saying it’s over and that it won’t get much worse, but am saying we’re not Italy and we aren’t gonna be.
