It’s “The Village Pantry” on Second Street between Main and State. It’s in one of the few remaining 1940s buildings in town, a real throwback. I love the old charm of the place. Don’t be put off by the building or interior — the people and food are great. Just look out for other patrons who just returned from a cruise.
Which project are you working on? They just started remodeling the building across First St. from Safeway. There’s a huge amount of construction in town now, but I expect that is going to dry up real soon.
Demolishing/replacing a 1940’s vintage water tank, nestled behind behind multi million $ homes in the hills W/O the 280. Work is for a water agency. Near Eloise Circle.
