Chinese stats are not believable. A few years ago, don't recall the specifics, but they claimed 10-30 thousand deaths for something only to later see the real numbers over a quarter million. China could lose a billion people and still be an overcrowded cesspool.
Italy is obviously more transparent and better indicator. They have good healthcare, good hygiene, and are not a 3rd world cesspool.
