What motivates an infectious person to refuse to quarantine themselves? Are they low IQ or just sociopathic?

What would be nice is if the brainless journalists took it upon themselves to find out and report exactly what type of “force” was used.

Bet it was simply a court order with a most attractive fine and 5 star jail accommodations attached if found to be violating the order.

Don’t know about Kentucky but most governors have extensive emergency powers. As well they should IMO
