Used some of my cream cheese stock in a sauce for meatballs last night. Talk about rich.
I do that with my nacho/burrito filling.
Ground beef, 2 or 3 cups of cooked rice, some chopped veg (onions, peppers), 2 or 3 tbsp of cream cheese and taco seasoning/salt.
Haven’t thought about putting it in spaghetti sauce. ...Ideas now...
