Yes, I do love me my pressure cooker! I’ve made some elaborate meals for my daughters and their boyfriends with that thing in the past.
But now it’s just me and beans and rice is just fine. I stocked up on beans!
The beans and rice were very good.
And I can attest to the fact that they go very well with scotch and water!
