You would think they could spare one person to update the website numbers.

The “presumptive positive” is a crazy thing. My son has friends that go to a private school and even though every school within 50 miles is closed, they were going to stay open. The reasoning was that presumptive meant it wasn’t a “real” case in the county. I guess parents gave them the what-for because they decided to close later.

TRENTON, N.J. - New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy announced 21 new cases of presumed positive coronavirus Friday, raising the state total to 50 presumptive cases with one death.

Gov. Murphy says the state is currently working with school districts on extended closure plans to prepare for a potential statewide closure.

On Friday afternoon, health department officials announced an additional presumptive positive case of novel coronavirus identified in Camden County. The patient, a woman in her 60s, is currently in self-isolation at her home in Cherry Hill and is maintaining frequent contact with the county health department.
