$40M set aside by federal govt for tribes to cope with COVID

The Cherokee Nation is taking steps to keep our community safe....Cherokee Nation is upholding these values in helping prevent the spread of COVID-19 as best we can. In this effort, we are postponing large, community gatherings for the time being. This includes not only local meetings, but also at-large gatherings.

We will continue to monitor the impact of COVID-19 and announce any postponements or reschedules on our Cherokee Nation Facebook page. Please listen to this important message from Principal Chief Chuck Hoskin Jr. on how you too can help.
