A fair amount of apple juice and such comes from China these days, too. Some processed pork & chicken too, but I’ll bet that’s way down since their pig plague. There was a large pork shipment from China confiscated @ a US port last year:

Also note from that story: “ ‘The pork was smuggled in various different ways from ramen noodle bowls to Tide detergent containers,’ said deputy chief agricultural specialist Basil Liakakos.”
So food wise, we are not dependent on China in a national security sense?
