They are all going to get sick at the same time. As are the people who operate the truck stops. How do you clean the truck stop showers without getting sick? How do sick truck stop employees not get hundreds of truckers sick?
Many truckers have poor health and underlying conditions. What will their morbidity rate be?
If you are at a truck stop, and start feeling really sick, you can’t drive to the doctor. You call 911. But the hospitals are full. They tell you to self quarantine in the truck. How many drivers will die in their trucks?
Remember those videos of people in China collapsing on the street? What happens when the trucker collapses while driving?
