In spite of the alarmist talk, I’m certain we will not have power shortages. Power demand will drop substantially as places are temporarily closed.
What I do expect is that for normal random outages there will be some slightly longer wait times for repairs if the problem occurs in a quarantine zone.
Maybe CA will have problems. It always has power problems.
If we’re still in crisis 4, 5, 6 months from now, all bets are off. And many will be deciding which neighbors they can catch and eat. Don’t expect it to last nearly that long.
