south america and parts of africa are heading to the end of summer. Wondering if thats why it hasnt spread there very quickly.,
Absolute lack of what we consider a health care system is the more probable answer.
The warm weather theory is pretty much wishful thinking at this point. We can still hope, but I wouldn’t place any large bets (like lives) on it.
