No, I don’t think it proves that, but it does prove that the Wuhan Institute of Virology was experimenting with creating new forms of bat coronaviruses, and speculating on what changes would be necessary for them to cause an epidemic in humans, ostensibly for “academic purposes”.
Ok, checking myself: how far outside of reality is the above statement? I don't want to sound like a loon. At the same time, I want to know the truth.
It's a blurry line these days: being a loon vs. being a truthteller.
