One of the things you have to keep in mind with the SKorean numbers is that the 0.8 is a floor. Few cases have been resolved yet. Most are still sick and that number will likely go up.
The low rate represents how quickly it spread.
But SKorea has done an amazing job testing.
That has been the troubling aspect of this since day 1.
Also the growing number of reports of reinfection.
The number of people between infected and dead is troubling.
Ofcourse, that can happen. When we had H1N1 here a few years back, it was probably a solid six weeks before any of us felt 100%. It would knock you down, you'd go back up and get knocked down again.
Or it could be a sign of something more ominous. I supposed time will tell what we are up against.
