I think he did get away with it while Obama was in office - might still be getting away with it had the witch won. Form of payment? Maybe that guy took undesirables (to Hillary or Obama) into “Custody” too and in return - private business with no oversight, even if it was reported to an FBI hotline - all hush hush....until someone else was in office and started looking...
