The CDC was telling everyone else to F-off, if not from Wuhan...saying that it just wasn’t possible that they had the virus. They did that for a month and they were DEAD WRONG on that and should be held to account.
They were out to lunch. We don’t need a CDC if they not going to help this country when it needs help. They can go join the FISA Court for all that I care.
States don’t have to listen to the CDC. They may have to pay lawyers to take it to the SC, but they have inherent authority.
Anyway, that first case in Washington WAS FOUND and treated.
