China, as a totalitarian regime used its military to forcibly displace people in order to quarantine them. Are you suggesting the US do that - and how would they? Martial Law?
The purpose of a quarantine is not to displace people but to keep them where they are!
I am not suggesting that the US do that.
I am saying that is the only thing proven to work.
