A lot of people with family members who suffered from dementia know that the change in gait is one of the first things that a person can’t hide. Watch for the news footage, I’d bet dollars to donuts that you never see mainstream news show footage of Biden walk onto or off of a stage again.
You can spot that somewhere around the 00:18-00:19 mark, he loses his balance. Could be that someone bumped into him, but his condition seems to be deteriorating even from just a few months ago.
